We are seeking a dynamic Senior-Level General Manager to join our team of like-minded, progressive individuals and talented culinary experts. Position will include the following responsibilities: -All aspects of financial management including budgeting and cost analysis via MICROS POS systems -A firm grasp of payroll and labor planning/scheduling, and budget -Wine ordering and the ability to maintain a well rounded wine list is a must. -The ability to find ways to drive sales while maintaining a profitable cost structure -Day to day management of all FOH operations including management of the FOH staff and service The ideal candidate will have great work ethic, the ability to inspire and train a diverse staff, a passion for organic farm-to-table cuisine, and kind (yet strong) leadership skills. 4 years management experience a must.
